100 Questions will be asked of 200 Marks. A less than 30% score in the first stage exam will not be considered for the qualification in the second stage exam and will be treated as a fail. For a wrong answer, 0.2 marks will be deducted.

Bachelor Degree OR Equivalent Eligibility From Any Recognized University/ Board/ Institutions in India.

Nationality & Domicile

Must be a citizen of India.

Permanent resident of Bihar (required for reservation benefits).

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.

Final year candidates (appearing in 2025-26) are not eligible; degree must be completed by the application closing date.

General (Female): 20–40 years

OBC/EBC (Male & Female): 20–40 years

SC/ST (Male & Female): 20–42 years

Additional relaxation: Ex-servicemen as per Bihar Government rules.
