DIT University, formerly known as Dehradun Institute of Technology, is one of the oldest engineering universities in Dehradun, established in 1998. The university achieved university status in 2013 by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and has grown into a comprehensive institution offering diverse programs across engineering, management, pharmacy, architecture, and applied sciences.
